Y.S.A Engineering Services Ltd. was established in 2000 by Yousef Aboud, the company’s CEO. Before founding the company, Yousef gained extensive experience as an independent supervisor and carried out supervision work on complex industrial projects in leading industrial plants such as: Strauss, Tower in Migdal HaEmek, Nilit, Intel in Kiryat Gat, and Bazan in Haifa. The growing demand for professional supervision services and industrial project management led to the establishment of the company, which brings together a team of experts in the fields of welding and piping. We specialize in overseeing and executing integrated and complex projects, while maintaining a high level of supervision, professionalism, and compliance with the strictest industry standards.

Fields of Expertise in Engineering Supervision

• Engineering supervision and project management in the fields of metalwork, piping, and infrastructure – from the planning stage to final delivery.
• Managing work logs and execution instructions according to project progress stages, while strictly adhering to safety procedures.
• Approving and updating changes, including estimation and financial assessment, in coordination with the client and project engineers.
• Calculating and verifying quantities based on approved plans and drawings.
• Reviewing execution contractors' invoices, in accordance with specifications and schedules.
• Preparing estimates and budgets based on preliminary plans and project requirements.
• Preparing defect reports (Rejects) and providing repair recommendations prior to final delivery.
• Final approval by the lead supervision of the planning company, in preparation for full project handover.

Our Supervision Team

Today, the company includes 14 supervisors and managers in piping, tanks, towers, reactors, and furnaces. We value continuous learning and knowledge enrichment through daily professional application.
